Working with rods is more effective including breathing of master Zarathustra of Caucasian yoga with visualization of colour.

During the work with rods it is possible to lay, stand or sit.
If you are standing with rods,stand up on tiptoes, impact Rods during inhalation and a pause, which is a half time of inhalation, then get down on full foot and weaken the jaw during the exhalation and a pause, which is a half of time of exhalation.

On a third phase:

1st inhalation is red - physical.

- during the inhalation 7 sec and pause, which is 1 sec, imagine the red energy (red spot), that concentrates in the back of the head .

- during the exhalation 7 sec and a pause, which is 1 sec, guide and concentrate the energy of the red color in the lower part of the body to the pelvic organs.



second inhalation is yellow - mental.

- during the inhalation 7 sec and pause, which is 1 sec, imagine the yellow energy (yellow spot), that concentrates on a forehead.

- during the exhalation 7 sec and a pause, which is 1 sec, guide and concentrate the energy of the yellow color in the higher part of the thorax.



third inhalation is blue - spiritual.

- during the inhalation 7 sec and pause, which is 1 sec, imagine the blue energy (blue spot), that concentrates on a head, from ear to ear.

- during the exhalation 7 sec and a pause, which is 1 sec, guide and concentrate the energy of the blue color higher than diaphragm and solar plexus.



4th inhalation is silver - psychic.

- during the inhalation 7 sec and pause, which is 1 sec, imagine the silver energy( white or silver spot), that concentrates on a face.

- during the exhalation 7 sec and a pause, which is 1 sec guide and concentrate the energy of the silver color on palms and soles of the feet.



Work with each color for a few times, not more than three.
4 colors x 3 times = 12 times a day. Breathe through your nose.
